Rob Cohen - Executive Vice President – Sales
Rob Cohen has spent the last 20+ years exclusively in the Long Term Care Industry, including roles as an agent, national trainer, and Divisional Vice-President for one of the largest carriers, and has run the East Coast operations for two of the largest national LTC brokerages.
He has testified in front of his state Senate as a “subject-matter expert” on the issues of long term care and the need for public-private cooperation on effective communication of LTC issues to the public, and has provided outreach and education services to employer and association groups regionally and nationally. He has authored and been interviewed for articles on long-term care planning in several publications, including “Senior Market Advisor” magazine and the newsletters for both the National and Pennsylvania Associations of Health Underwriters (NAHU and PAHU), and has taught multiple courses at the annual meetings for the largest not-for-profit industry association – the American Association of Long Term Care Insurance/
Rob has helped to develop both simplified insurance products and claims procedures, and has lobbied on behalf of national industry organizations, including most recently taking a major role in the “3in4 Need More” national campaign promoting long term care awareness. He currently serves as Executive Vice-President – Sales for LTC Global Marketing, running its ACSIA Long Term Care and United Insurance Group divisions, both national organizations with long track records of serving clients’ needs in long-term care planning as well as educating senior clients in other areas such as Medicare supplements, life insurance, and annuities.

Rich, a Pennsylvania native, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Temple University and a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. In 2010 Rich ranked nationally in the top 20 Long Term Care Professionals by AALTCI.
Based on his personal experience as a Physical Therapist, Rich has seen the devastation that is caused when a loved one, family member or valued employee unexpectedly needs long term care. Rich is a passionate advocate for his clients because of his past experience. Rich helps families and businesses protect their independence, assets and peace of mind without pressure or obligation.
His goal, just as it is in physical therapy is to educate his clients. Rich has a straight forward approach in assisting people to choose a customized long term care plan and provide innovative solutions for their individual needs.
Active in the community, Rich has participated in the American Heart Walk and the Susan G. Komen "drive for the cure". Rich has logged more than 2,000 hours of volunteer work in local hospitals and assisted physically challenged children in various summer programs.
Rich resides with his wife Susan and their 3 daughters, Sydney, Scotti, and Samantha. You will most likely find them in a park enjoying the outdoors or relaxing in their own backyard.
