The first step in the interviewing process is attending a confidential webinar. You will learn everything about the ACSIA opportunity and how at ACSIA "We're Invested in You!". You will also have an opportunity to ask questions. Once you complete the webinar, we will schedule a formal interview with one of our recruiting specialists. In this formal interview we will ask you a number of questions to see if we think if you could be successful in this career. You will also have the chance to ask questions of us, to see if we fit your needs and concerns as well.

Steps to Becoming an Agent:
Start the interview process by registering for our webinar now. You may also call or email us for information.
You will receive an e-mail with a background check authorization attached. This needs to be completed and returned to the sender within 24 hours via e-mail. We will contact you within a week to schedule an in-depth interview after attending the initial webinar.
Depending upon the results of your interview you may be asked to take an on line Personality Profile.
Once we receive all of the results, we will evaluate your information and make our selections.
If you are selected: We will then schedule a final phone interview with the Regional Sales Director in your area. In some cases our recruiting specialist, at the direction of the Regional Sales Director, may make an offer to you after the first interview. If this is the case, the Regional Sales Director would contact you later and congratulate and welcome you to ACSIA.
Qualified individuals will receive a packet of appointment paperwork via e-mail, along with step by step instructions on how to get started. It is essential you complete the paperwork as quickly as possible.
Enroll in our New Agent or Experience Agent training program. A member of our training staff will contact you and work with you to put together your training curriculum.
You must be compliant to be registered in a class or to receive leads, to become compliant you must:
- Have a current insurance license
- Completed state LTC partnership training
- Have valid E&O insurance (available through us at a deep discount if you don't already have in place)
- Be appointed with all major LTC and Fixed Annuity carriers under ACSIA
To be released from any existing LTCi or fixed annuity contracts
Complete successfully all phases of training.
